 DISPER  206 is a room temperature self-crosslinking waterborne emulsion for decorative wood coating, providing excellent adhesion on various substrates including PU, NC, alkyd, Al, Fe, and cement etc., and providing excellent water resistance and chemical resistance including alcohol, tea, alkali, vinegar, and ink. And this product is zero VOC, and very suitable for family, hotel decoration and renovation.

Description:

 DISPER  210 is a universal emulsifier-free hydroxyl acrylic copolymer emulsion for used in 2K PU systems that develops very good film with the addition of a certain amount of water-dispersible isocyanate crosslinkers at room temperature or under mild curing conditions. This product has some special properties, such as good flow and wetting properties on wood or other substrates with low foaming tendency. The formed film after curing has features of good transparence, excellent hardness, and outstanding water, household chemicals resistance.

Application:

Formulating guidelines:The hydroxyl group of DISPER 210 is about 2% by weight. The recommended weight ratio of DISPER 210 to water-dispersible isocyanate crosslinkers (such as DISPER 504 with about 22% –NCO group by weight) is (8-10) : 1.

 DISPER  212 is a self crosslinking, modified acrylic copolymer emulsion for used in industrial wood finishes that develops very good film without additional crosslinkers at room temperature or under mild curing conditions. The formed film has features of good transparence, high gloss, excellent block resistance, excellent water, household chemicals and wet heat resistance, as well as good weatherability, scratch resistance, and sanding performance, etc.

The MFFT of DISPER 212 is about 30 ^oC. It’s better to be used with a certain amount of coalescents (e.g. butylglycol or butyldiglycol) for good film formation.

Description:

 DISPER  504 is a universal solvent-free water-dispersible isocyanate crosslinker based on HDI that develops very good film with the combination of a certain amount of polymeric compounds containing hydroxyl group, such as hydroxyl acrylic emulsion, hydroxyl polyurethane dispersion, WB polyester or WB alkyd resins in 2K PU systems. The formed film after curing has features of excellent balance of hardness and flexibility, good transparency, and outstanding water and household chemicals resistance.
